Win98 / ME / NT4 NOT compatible!!!! and the linked file is 210???
There is no indication of this until you DL and try installing!!!
- It says use V1.7, But most of my searches bring me back to 210.... 
erm, I just noticed, WHY is the title date = 2007 , and the comments dates = 2005 ?????
